From the words of Chris Kyle in his autobiography, "We all thought what the Punisher did was cool: He righted wrongs, so we adapted his symbol - a skull - and made it our own." Kyle said he and his men spray painted the skull on Hummers, body armor, buildings and their guns. "We wanted people to know, 'We're here and we want to f-- with you.'"

The Spot store has their own style of the Punisher including the slogans "We The People" and "1776" as well as the slogan "When Tyranny Becomes Law, Rebellion Becomes Duty." This slogan for Tyranny comes from our 3rd President, Thomas Jefferson, basically meaning one has a moral responsibility to disobey unjust laws.
The meaning of Tyranny is a government in which the ruler's behavior with he masses is ruthless and oppressive. Tyranny causes aggression among people. So when Tyranny becomes law, the people have several responsibilities to resist oppression. The first duty is unity. The people come together in a meeting and discuss the issues they are having. Thus, the people take the steps to overthrow the government and free the country of those tyrants.
